Andes Mints Cookies

When I was little, I would get Andes Mints in my stocking. I still love them to this day. My coworker made these cookies one time and they were amazing so I needed to make them for the family. Recipe below!

Ingredients:

1 box Devil’s Food Cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup oil

1 cup chocolate chips

Package of Andes Mints

Directions:

1. Mix cake mix, eggs, and oil together.

2. Mix in chocolate chips.

3. Drop a teaspoon of mix onto cookie sheet.

4. Bake on 350 for 7 minutes.

5. Put Andes Mint onto cookie after pulling them out of oven. Take a knife and spread out the melted mint over the cookie.


So easy to make and they are so delicious! I put mine in the fridge to have the melted mint set before serving. They were a big hit with the family!
