Today was Italian day in our household so what better appetizer to go with our pasta and chicken parmesan than mozzarella sticks. These are supposed to be healthy for you too. They are baked, not fried. Still delicious though! Recipe below.
Egg roll wrappers
1. Wrap string cheese in egg roll wrapper
2. Place them on a baking sheet with the fold on the bottom so it will stay shut
3. Lightly spray/brush olive oil on them
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until they are oozing cheese/golden brown
Super easy to make and they don’t take long at all. Pair it with some marinara sauce and you are good to go!
